I first started coming to Kami for her bootcamp class. I was already active and I loved the change in pace from my regular workouts. My mom had been going to bootcamp with Kami for a while before I had started and always talked about how awesome it was, so I decided to give it a try. I immediately fell in love with the way Kami would involve everybody and looked at each person as an individual instead of us as a group.

The way she treated me as an individual made it extremely helpful to improve and become stronger. She always pays attention to the different weights everybody is using and knows when to push us to do more. I hadn’t gone to Kami originally to lose weight but more to just stay in shape. I eventually decided to start doing my measurements and weight with her and really kick it down with my diet and workout. I had asked Kami to make me a workout schedule. She customized it perfectly to my needs and experience level.

Since then, I have gone on to lose 17 pounds, 6.5% body fat, and 16.1”! I have noticed more change still since my last weigh in and measurements. Without Kami pushing me I would still be doing my same boring workout routine and would not have seen the changes in my body I have.  She is always willing to answer any questions I have and is willing to help me in anyway possible!
